Nice quick way to get the heart rate up; so fun to see an early video and the older space. ❤️

You’ve inspired me to try it with cucumber and see how that tastes 🌱

That’s awesome that you found something that works for you! I will try blending the celery w/ cucumber and/or coconut water to see if that helps. Funny how some things just don’t work- I tried switching from coffee to green tea a few year ago but it made me nauseous in the mornings. I wonder if a little less lemon would help you? I’m not loving the taste of the “sunshine water” (due to the cayenne and turmeric I add) and yet I can get it down and it feels good so I’m doing it daily. Yes, makes sense- throwing greens in/on anything for a little extra boost! Thank you for adding that idea 🙂

It is! Tonight for myself (since I don’t eat the chicken I made for my fam) I made an egg frittata w/ spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, eggs, and a little feta (and a drizzle of siracha sauce). Eggs and veggies (green or otherwise) go wonderfully together.

Wouldn’t miss this!

That’s a great tip- thank you! I think someone commented during the live they blend celery w/ unsweetened coconut water and I thought that was also worth trying.

Nice! Do you mean frozen greens like spinach leaves or do you man a powdered version of power greens? I also like to sneak spinach into a lot of dishes I cook, but I would love to hear any other ways people are doing it for some inspiration!

I did this early morning before work, but actually this would be a good one if you’re looking for a class in the evening (a more restorative class).
