I love the release in the neck, back, and shoulders of this seated flow. I would enjoy more seated stretches as this (no downward dogs or too much strength) to balance the other classes. Options to have different style stretch routines feel functional and accessible. I consider this a nighttime stretch so, yes, it would be great have more nighttime stretches to release tension from the day. This is great to have in the mix. Thank you!
