Wow! Congrats on the challenge and your one year!! Good for you Annie! I swear these workouts have changed my fitness for the best. And yes, my strength has increased tremendously, it's unbelievable at times. When I first started, I had to have many pause breaks during sweat classes, now I can self-regulate and get through the exercises without breaks. Cheers to your strength and health!!
