Sobbing here at the end of this class. This month was so frustrating & frightening that I had a hard time connecting to kindness and love to myself as I am. I felt hurt by myself (feeling like I can't perform certain moves) which turned into frustrated emotion towards myself and even more frustration that I wasn't being kind towards myself... This class  gave me a chance to soften up. I felt safe to open up and connect. It was like a big hug.  Thank you. BTW, I love our chats, it keeps me grounded. Marnie, the tips are helping with and I will keep trying! I won't give up on myself.  Love you all!!

I love this class as an add on for an extra stretch flow or as a stand alone. The flow is signature and soulful as the the description says. Love it! Thank you!

This is another excellent workout on the days "you don't want to workout" but want to workout. Thank you! I loved this class and I love this pace. It's always feels good and balanced having a low-impact class. And yes, thank you for the message of giving your best with integrity. 💜

Great class! It was my 3 year anniversary too! 💕 Happy Valentines day! In fact, we celebrate Valentines day in honor of Saint Valentine! It's complicated because we lost the spiritual element & holiness to this beautiful holiday. ❤️‍🔥It is actually a very sacred day. Simply put, St. Valentine was a 3rd-century Roman saint, possibly a bishop or priest, commemorated in Western Christianity on February 14. He was undaunted by persecution and punishment for practicing his Christian faith, he ministered to christian couples marrying them in secret bc they were also being persecuted for their faith, to which eventually he was martyred for not bowing down to pagan gods before the Roman Empire accepted Christianity in the 313 AD. We celebrate sanctifying love & loving others on Valentines Day and to remember St. Valentines martyrdom. Absolutely beautiful holiday. ✨❤️‍🔥

Hey Emily! I sometimes have trouble connecting to my abs with the ball, and I just take the the ball out which helps. Keep playing around with it and you'll get there! Sometimes these things take time; keep practicing and one day in your workout, it'll just click. Keep at it Emily!
