Favoriting! Loved the challenges here - a fun fast different warmup, and the barre work with the ball brings the FIRE in the legs. Same with the booty!! Such a fun different class I will definitely be coming back to!

Monique I felt the same when I did pushups & planks /399 a few days ago! As Lindsey would say, it served me and my abs felt it for days afterward 😂 Which means it is a challenge to come back to more often to grow! Now I want to try this 300 variation again to see the differences!

Did this again a few days ago and WHOOEE what a class. My abs were sore for DAYS after this! Which means I need to come back more often to this one!

Thank you Marnie for this fabulous class. Loved the many 4 sets of 8 that brought me deeper into the fire and all of the hip circles and hip work throughout class! Your reflection at the end about how your need to have a space to go to move our bodies, stay healthy & strong and together was greater than your fear of losing the studio magic. It's just what I needed to hear today, and reframed the curiosity/possibility mindset in dialogue with fear ❤️

I was a little scared to do this one, but I challenged myself and loved being fueled by the fire. Definitely brought a BURN to both the legs and the booty. I particularly liked the side leg lift, but the hip stretches integrated throughout were chef's kiss!

Finally doing this before it's too late! Below are some of my favs from my catalog spreadsheet, but it's hard not to choose from so many!! 

413 has become a recent favorite. I love the yoga inspired grounding flow. Good for lower energy days when I want yogaish moves with a Marnie spin! 

36: T Swift cardio dance was my favorite, and the flow moved through cardio, brief plank series, weights, and the glute series at the barre had me delving into the fire. Monique was right - abs, abs, abs! That series at the end was fire!!

135: It is fiery and sweaty! Pretty classic signature choreography, and I loved the arm work balancing on the ball! Balance variations throughout and KILLER ab series at the end that had my lower core on fire!

241: Great variations on choreography - fav because of the music and combinations!

277: Great for a sweat without a lot of jumping around.

338: Fun new combos, especially the one with the leg lift to the side along with the arms.

I focused on dropping into the 4 sets of 8 and "last 16," which brought the shakes and feeling of accomplishment! Fiery, balanced workout, with a focus on the legs and booty at the barre.

Back to basics, but 10x better because of LP! It was SO helpful to see Marnie's corrections in real time, as others have noted, and made me feel like I was taking an IRL class in real time. I particularly loved Lauren's facial expressions - her moments of fatigue and pushing through helped give me the strength to do the same. Thank you Marnie for your words about this month's theme, and a reminder of what we did through the challenge: made a commitment to self and followed through. ❤️
