GREAT arm workout! There were a few times where I took a brief break with the 3 lbs, so I want to come back to this one with 2 lbs to be able to more fully move through it!

Such a fun class!! Pretty sure I had done this before, but didn't note it in the catalog! HELLO legs! Lots of lovely hip circles and tucks. The playlist brought me such joy - I hope this is an annual thing!

Sweaty quick workout! Really nice burn in the legs from the ball, and I loved using 5 lbs! My neck tensed up a bit at the end of some sets, but for the most part I felt strong! Great 20 minutes that brings the burn!

Probably did this before, but LOVE this sweaty workout! Awesome warmup, and new combos which kept my brain working. There was a focus in the latter half of class on arms in particular, which I loved. Favoriting!

Lauren Poole, watching you move through the tough parts gave me the strength to do the same! (particularly with the arm series and some of the leg burn!). Fabulous workout with a serious burn in the legs and abs. Your words at the end about what we avoid most is what we need most hit home and were exactly what I needed to hear today. Can't wait to come back and do this again!

Came back to this one today - really wonderful class that had me feeling my body and concentrating on that instead of "I just need to get through this" or other negative thoughts that creep in. Thank you M for this glorious slow burn with a perfect body reminder meditation ❤️ P.S. LOVED the abs at the end of this one! Such a deep burn!

Signature that MOVES quickly! Great variations and signature moves - not much of a focus on the legs at the barre, great booty sequence and the abs were FIRE. The words at the end, about being grateful for our body RIGHT where it is were exactly what I needed to hear today.
