Can't believe I haven't done this one before! This was the perfect start to a Sunday: energizing, awesome music, and incorporated a little bit of everything (cardio, jumps, leg/lunges that worked the brain, inner thigh work, arms, abs, and a fun new stretch/cool down)! My inner thighs near my knees really felt it with the ball activation. Will definitely come back to this one!

Awesome class - relatively low impact. Proud of myself for completing the glute series without stopping (also a fire in the hamstrings on that one). Burn at the barre in the legs too! And the abs at the end! Just a lovely flow full of sass and connection. Left me feeling strong and open.

Awesome power sculpt that left me feeling powerful! I was proud of myself for using 15 lbs for most of the time! Sometimes I had to switch to lower ones, but I look forward to continuing to build my strength and come back to this class!

I echo the previous comments to say that this was filled with such JOY! I was proud of myself for completing the work at the barre with the ball without stopping. The ab section at the end was also KILLER. Marnie & LP, your words at the end were also exactly what I needed to hear: "When nothing is certain, anything is possible."

Lovely barre workout. Mostly standing, and wonderful abs that build at the end. Great strengthening and lengthening with the ball at the barre that brought the sweat! The song "I Lived" by One Republic made my day. It was exactly what I needed to hear this morning.

Writing this days after doing this workout - from what I remember, this is all about 4 sets of 8! HELLO focus and thighs! Fun booty choroeography on the floor, and awesome abs at the end with the help of the ball between our calves! This also has an amazing playlist - definitely coming back to this one!

GREAT arm workout! There were a few times where I took a brief break with the 3 lbs, so I want to come back to this one with 2 lbs to be able to more fully move through it!

Such a fun class!! Pretty sure I had done this before, but didn't note it in the catalog! HELLO legs! Lots of lovely hip circles and tucks. The playlist brought me such joy - I hope this is an annual thing!

Sweaty quick workout! Really nice burn in the legs from the ball, and I loved using 5 lbs! My neck tensed up a bit at the end of some sets, but for the most part I felt strong! Great 20 minutes that brings the burn!
