Did this with only 3 lb weights and no ankle weights (when my ribs are fully healed, I'm definitely coming back to this to up the ante!), but still loved the hip flexor work and all of the fun balances!! Thank you Marnie & team!

Activating lower body focused class, which is great for my rib healing journey. Lots of hip tucks and circles throughout class. The second half at the barre in a tuck was incredibly ab activating, which is perfect for me right now because I currently can't do abs on the floor! Lovely barre stretch at the end which elt so lovely and juicy.

This was really my first workout back after injuring my ribs a few weeks ago, and while I still have a long way to go, it felt incredible to move in this flow. It didn't really both my back, and I enjoyed the wide second series. As others have said in the comments, this meditation was exactly what I needed to hear: "Everything I lose creates space for everything I need." What flows, flows, what crashes, crashes.

LizaMary thank you so much for this fantastic playlist! New music to put on my Latin Dance playlist :) Really enjoyed this class! The beginning is dancy and fun, the ball at the barre really works the quads, and the ab series at the end... hello core!! [Great one to add on at the end of a shorter class. It was so engaging in the best way]. Going to be replaying the ending meditation again and again.

Proud of myself for staying in the fire in wide second and man the straight leg with a slight turnout on the standing leg was challenging, particularly for my lower back (which means I need to go lower and tuck more). The ab sequence at the end was SO great for obliques. Good add on if I want something after shorter classes. Arms felt activated and strong. Favoriting and definitely coming back to this. Another unique M/Body class - how Marnie does it, I will never know!
[Posting this a few days after, and my inner thighs were feeling it the following day!]

Ok this is officially a new favorite healing hips class. I wanted to exercise yesterday, but didn't get to it. My hips were feeling tight and this was like butter! I was looking for a 30 minute flow today, and this could not have come at a better time! Loved the healing flow vibes, playlist, and dynamic, slower movement that brought both the sweat and stretch. Hips now feeling open and gooey :)

Oh my gosh this is a great description Simona. Making a note in my spreadsheet that this is a good one after driving and sitting!

What a well balanced workout! Focus on the arms at the beginning, mostly to activate, not burn out, and then we keep them going with the weights throughout the legs on the both sides. The oblique work particularly at the end was fantastic, and the spine openers! So great while we are warm. The end meditation was exactly what I needed to hear. It reminded me that moving through feelings can be like moving through a stretch: it's tight at first and it's easy to resist, but when you really drop in and feel (I like to close my eyes), I slowly go deeper and deeper to a place I didn't think was possible at the beginning. The stretch is easier, deeper, and feels so much better at the end. Thank you Marnie!

Unfortunately I didn't make it live, but this was the first time in awhile since my rib injury I did a 45 minute! It felt challenging, but accessible. I had to modify the planks because of my back ribs, but really loved the hip stretches throughout class. They were exactly what I needed! Can't wait to come back to this one once I'm fully healed!
Also, Marnie, I want to thank you for your constant words about fully breathing into our bodies. I need those grounding words ❤️
