Definitely a Zone 2 workout as Marnie said. Gentle yogi warmup, and then some side second work with weights interlaced with hip stretches more weights. I only have 3 lbs, so I look forward to doing this with 5 lbs next time for more of a challenge! Really accessible - slower flow and full of self love vibes. ā¤ļø

Did this again a few weeks after the first time, and I was able to go deeper and also do more of the plank dance because my ribs feel better! Millimeters not miles! Also, like others have said, I loved the slower, mindful pace.Ā
Ending meditation was GOLD. Need to repeat that over and over. I might just listen to it everyday.
