Wowzer!! What an ARM workout!! Abs felt activated for more of the time, except for the killer series using the weights on the ball. I took a few moments of rest throughout, so I'm looking forward to coming back to this class to improve! My arms felt fatigued at the end, in the best way - I struggled with the both weights in one hand on the ball! Which is such a great thing! Thank you Marnie for another fantastic workout!

As Monique said, this signature flies by!! Slower, simpler warmup and loved the hip opening moves throughout. It was a fun way to incorporate weights in the beginning without feeling overburdened, and I'd like to do this in the future with 5s instead of 3s! This was my first class after vacation (aside from a few I did last week!), and my legs were on FIRE during the barre series! I tried to focus on leaning into the fire, and definitely want to come back to this one! The pushups in the middle felt fabulous as well! Thank you M for another fabulous energizing workout!

Continuing my journey through the catalog with this one! I loved the switchups in the beginning to the classic warmup, but overall solid sweatyyy oldie but goodie class! More booty focused on the second half of class. Really great no equipment ab sequence for when I'm traveling or just feel like my abs need to be worked! Lovely as always!

Using inspiration from you to write down what classes I haven't done yet, and working through a lot of 45s and 60s from early in the catalogue! Loved seeing your recent comment here - the theme of taking it one step at a time instead of being fearful ot the whole staircase was exactly what I needed to hear today.

Julia!! I apologize for the delay, but thank you so much for all of these recommendations!! My friend & I are headed to Malibu tomorrow, so will try to check out those tide pools!

Loved, loved, loved this workout!! The T Swift cardio dance has to have been my favorite that I've done in awhile (need to work on walking hip circles!), and the flow moved through cardio, brief plank series, weights (that proved more challenging to me right now), and the glute series, which had me delving into the fire. Monique was right - abs, abs, abs! Work is interlaced throughout, but that series at the end was amazing and challenging!! Favoriting and cannot wait to come back! Oh and the ending words, as many people have said before, were perfection. All of the little things we do matter. ❤️
