Yay for putting yourself out there Courtney and for participating in the challenge!! So happy you are here. I feel the exact same way about M/Body and this community - I'm part of who I am today because of this movement, Marnie, and the community!

Wonderful reflections Claudia. Thank you for sharing and I'm proud of you for showing up! The photo of you, Molly, Lindsey, Becca, and Steph brought me such joy!!

Love these reflections Julia! I also really loved the sunshine before screens and noticed a difference in my mental state. You inspire me to incorporate more meditation into my daily life, even if it's just 5 minutes. Everything in moderation is right!!

Completely agree! I did it this weekend at the beginning of my period, and it was the perfect release. I think I've done it 3-4 times since this video came out... I love it!!

Fall 2024 Challenge board - fun joyful signature with different variations on moves. I liked the booty work on the floor holding on the barre for back extension/core work (need to work on doing this for longer!). LOVED the quote about the darkness and the light, acknowledging the darkness, using it as a space to grow, and getting energy from the earth to break through to the light.

Did this for the Fall 2024 challenge, and although I didn't have it logged on my catalog quest spreadsheet, I'm fairly certain I've done this one before. Today, I did it for the first time mostly with 15 lbs, which I am so proud of myself for! I'm stronger than I realize, and am proud of the growth. Now I want to work on the tricep extension with 15 lbs, as that's where I struggled! Thank you Marnie for reminding us of our strength!

Wooee!! Did this a few days ago for the challenge and had to say I felt this in the legs for days after!! Such powerful ball work at the barre!

Lindsey was spot on - the fam serves us in the class!! Many 4 sets of 8 and moments of fire, but really well balanced class full of planks, ballet moves, cardio bursts, and rolling pushups (hello fan fav move!). Loved the ending core series which especially activated my obliques, and PLENTY of tucks throughout class! Favoriting and will definitely be coming back to this one!

Lindsey you are RIGHT ON! It served me this morning 😂
