Back to the mat today after taking 5 days off to recover from a cold. This was perfect in every way - I loved the sun salutations so much. And I am feeling surprisingly stronger (and sweatier) than anticipated.

I am here with you! Aubrey and I are both sick. She is soo irritable and won’t sit still for a second so it makes this extra fun. Plus, I probably have one of my most important weeks at work ever. When it rains, it pours. We will get through and will be back on the mat before we know it. Hang in there :)

I am in total agreement about the ball - I also used a playground ball for a few months and getting the M/body ball was a game changer!

I think barre sweat classes may be my fave and this one is exceptionally good - my legs were on fire! I was feeling low energy and uninspired tonight and this class turned that all around for me. xo
