I injured my tailbone, wrist and elbow - on the mend and limited in my workout options. This one was perfect as it was all standing with no pressure on my wrist/elbow/tailbone. The pelvic tucks were healing and I can feel the stress of the week rolling off.

Revisted this one and did 90% of it with 5 lbs - had to drop for threes for the tricep series. Next time I am going to work on holding the full plank at the end of class. I love this one because there is so much room for progression.

How have I never done this one before? Such a great low impact workout that still brings the sweat. I feel rejuvenated.

Agree with Cara! I stay with my dad a few days a week and am without a barre - would be fun to have some more chair options. But I am not going to lie, I was half dead after today’s class - lol.

Wow, this clas seriously kicked my 🍑 - I did about half of it with 5 pound weights and had to switch to 3's because my shoulders were on fire. I really loved the mix of strength and endurance - it is low impact but still brings the sweat (low impact workouts are my thing right now). Looking forward to coming back to this to improve my balance on the ball.
