I had never decided to take on a challenge before.I always thought it wasn’t the right time — that I couldn’t manage it with everything else going on in my life…But I came to realize that the “right time” is just a mindset. So I committed to showing up on the mat at least three times a week — and I made the time!This challenge has been amazing for both my body and my spirit.

I’ve really missed you all!
It’s been nearly three weeks since I last worked out due to bronchitis, but I just finished the holiday signature and it was such a joy!
Even though it wasn’t a live session, I felt really connected with everyone, and I got pretty emotional during the meditation…
I’m looking forward to dancing with Marnie and all of you for another amazing year!
