I loved this class! Been feeling pretty sore and tight from some heavier lifting so I wanted a slower sculpt class and this was perfect. I also love they the other Whitney took this class and got quite a few shout outs. Really helped me stay focused when Marnie called out my name (even if it wasn’t me at the time of recording!).

I love this class. I was randomly looking for a 45 and picked this one and at the end was like “I need to favorite this one!” And then looked at my playlist and realized I already have. Such a good one to come back to over and over again.

I absolutely loved this class. Perfect combo of standing sculpt, straight and sweat but low impact enough that you aren’t dying at the end. Plus a beautiful message to close 2025. Love you Marnie, the M/body team and the M/Body fam!

Adding another comment because I’m on vacation and needed a standing workout. Found this one on my vacation playlist and LOVED it and can now remember why it’s one of my faves.

I LOVED this class so much. Standing class filled with fun, joyful, easy to follow choreography. Small weight section for arms too. You will leave with a huge smile!

45 min sculpts and anything all standing!
