Oct theme: letting go

I want to work on letting my expectations around my family go. I am so different from all of them and they will never become the people I would like to have as my family. I want to accept that and let it go. No more judging, no more frustrations, no more trying to force them into how I want family to show up. It makes me sad, but I’m sure it will also be freeing. 🫤
