I totally get it, Emily. I second the drink a big glass of room temp water right when wake up. Set out outfit ahead. I bought tanks with funny/cute designs. They help. I also put up a wall decal that reminds me life is better when I dance. My husband has to push me a bit sometimes to reminder me that I always feeling better after a workout - the reminders help. Also, I try to get to bed in time to give myself 7 hr sleep.
