Like others I am having a tough week. I’m recovering from a back injury/fall that altered my workouts - no M/BODY for two weeks. And I’ve had a fever since Monday - as high as 103 at times. I’m taking myself to urgent care today. I know I’ll get through it. Feeling thankful for access to medical care.

I agree with Beata. Going back to the first few classes Marnie recorded for the 20 and 30 minute time frames might be good too. Also, if you scroll down on the online workouts page there is a section that has videos with tips on form, terminology, basics that are really useful. Good luck, hope you enjoy the journey and WELCOME!!
