Great no impact option. I don't have wrist weights so I used my 2 lb barbell weights for portions of the class.ย  Another more gentle class for the days I feel mellow but need to move.

Coming back to this and loving it all over again.ย  For anyone that plans their workouts around their monthly cycles, I find this is really good for the days before my period when I'm kind of blah and bloated.ย  Doesn't add stress, only calm gentle care. :)
