P.S. I’m “behind” in the challenge as well. I had a back injury so can only do very gentle workouts- the wellness activities have been an encouragement to me.

I’m so sad to hear about this tragic loss. What a strong, brave man. It reminds me of this profound ancient teaching: “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” I am lifting you, your friend, your friend’s family up in thought and prayer.
