Great explanation of the outer hip stretch at the end.  I think it is the first time in my 42 years that I have actually felt that stretch was effective!  Thank you, M/BODY!

Enjoyed this flow.  I would recommend doing some warm up/light cardio before the session.  I did it first thing in the morning as a stand alone - a little stiff and didn't get that full heat and stretch that I usually do with M/BODY.

I always set out my workout clothes the night before. I agree with the “don’t think, just do” method. I also think of Marnie saying, “All you have to do is show up to the mat. We’ve got you from there.” (Or something like that…) I have never regretted getting up at 5 to workout. I do allow myself to sleep an extra hour here and there if I am feeling quite tired. It’s okay to rest - grace and flexibility…
