Hi Caterina! I saw a pelvic floor physical therapist after my daughter was born via C-section. I highly recommend getting fully evaluated by a PF PT before doing ab exercises. I’m fully recovered now and glad I took things slowly and according to the PT’s care plan. Little ones are so precious - even with the physical challenges I experienced in pregnancy and after I am deeply thankful for my daughter. Support and care to you!
