I have trouble eating when stressed also. I have found that taking 3 to 5 minutes to do deep breathing and listen to a meditation- sometimes lying on my back on the floor - before dinner helps. If Iโm at work I go for a walk for 5-15 minutes before I eat - listen to music that speaks to me/calms me, deep breath and brief internal meditation before I eat lunch. It helps me. Now breakfast - I usually just have to plan something nutritious and use self discipline to complete. Hugs to you.

I use 10 lb for Power Sculpt classes - seems good for me. Oh - I also use 3 lb for regular classes, so maybe that means 10 would be good for you tooโฆ?
