Quick question- which workout(s) would you recommend for someone recovering from being ๐Ÿ˜ท sick and itโ€™s their first workout back? Not feeling like jumping around but determined to move their body and show it some love and gratitude for getting you healthy again. Thanks โ˜บ๏ธ
