I absolutely love the M/<20 Cardio Dance/ 125 - it is so joyful and just fun and sweaty! Hope this helps 😊

I come back to this class again and again. Marnie’s excitement is contagious and the dance is so fun! It always boosts my mood and makes my body feel better. I especially love it the day after a hard sculpt class.
