I come back to this class again and again. Marnieโ€™s excitement is contagious and the dance is so fun! It always boosts my mood and makes my body feel better. I especially love it the day after a hard sculpt class.

I love the standing classes where we start and end with dance cardio. This workout reenergized me and brought me so much joy!
