Julie, that sounds awful. Have you seen a doctor/PT anyone? Most moves that are all four on the floor can be modified to standing using a barre or stable surface. I would suggest checking out the modification videos

Sweet Chantale, I encourage you to take lazy right out of your vocabulary. No such thing that word (I love your quotations because it shows you hate the word too). We get stuck, overwhelmed into stagnancy, or need rest/relaxation/stillness/avoidance; but never is it laziness. It is a platform for growth in whatever way it ends up providing 🤍

Barre sweat classes are my absolute favorites! I cannot get enough of the feeling of elegance and strength and determination they bring, without frustration or exhaustion. Each one leaves me calm and smiling in that inner reset way that only M/BODY can do for my nervous system.

YES!! I could have written this myself. It’s the Marnie Magic, never mastered and always room for growth

I love this! I have a strand of color changing LEDs around my workout area but I’m old school and have to use the remote to switch colors easy for predictable change from violet to red, but that sneaky sudden orange has me scrambling between series lol

This class brings the orange light with so many traditional and Marnie original moves! A one time in the catalog V up that is so elegant, but oh my goodness it is a focused strength move. I will be returning to it for sure!

I loved this class! I previewed and went into it with the mindset that it’d be a mental push class for me as my natural movement is bouncy. I couldn’t have been more wrong. This class is grounding, brain working perfection with choreo changes, and the fire is the best kind. True sculpt and strength without frustration.
