Yay!! You definitely want a little soft. Inflate and then try putting under your arches in diamond legs (mini for around size 6 feet or smaller, or if mini feels better however your feet are sized). Youโll know if itโs too much air by whether you fall off or your arches hurt from the tightness. You want your heel to press in with some give and still feel supported. If you keep rolling off itโs too much. I air on (haha, air ๐ค๐) on less rather than more for squeezing ability and support without too much pressure on arches or inner thighs when we do those moves. Short answer, if it hurts in any way, try releasing some air.
