Is this one of the most challenging classes? Especially the dance and arm series? I loved it so much, did it again today morning! The playlist is a killer one, many of my all-time fav songs!!! And all of those visual upgrades... I want to be in that studio! At this point, it can't get any better!!! (Or will Marnie surprise us again this week?😏)

Thank you, Marnie, for those final words on judgment, acceptance, and welcoming changes in our lives. We tend to always categorize them between those two extremes such as better and worse, which takes away the opportunity to observe, to listen, to explore. I feel like slowly you rewire our brains for the better. 🥰 Thanks to you I am constantly evolving for the better.
