Hey all, I am so behind, I couldn't workout yesterday, nor Sunday, nor last Friday. Life is so busy, the only thing I can do at home is laying on my back in silence. This month is going to be so full of responsibilities, usually I am good with stress, but right now I am starting to get anxious and being exhausted doesn't stop. Moving at least 20 mins a day would help, but I can’t find the strength at this point in my life.

One more thing that connects us: we both love colourful workout lists! 💜💙💓

Gosh, how tight I was today all over my body. It's indescribable how much difference 20 min with Marnie can bring. I should do this stretch every day for a whole week!

I love working out on a warm summer evening -- the sweat just hits differently. This low-impact heart-strengthening class is full of joyful skips and kicks and dynamic calf stretches, which always make me extra happy. It was the perfect one to ease back into it after a week without exercise. The elongated cooldown is divine! Thank you, Marnie!

I couldn't think of a better way to spend my 30th birthday than flowing with this lyrical masterpiece. I never felt so strong in those planks as today -- what a blessing this space is. Thank you for motivating me to become who I was meant to be.

I woke up with a really tight shoulder and neck on my right side, so while I wanted to be cautios with that I also wanted to heal them. I decided to choose a lower body sculpt and upper body stretch class, and this one did the magic. If you ever have similar cravings, you found the right video. Just enjoy the flow (and the pain!), it does wonders. 🫠

I am closing the week with 5 workouts! 🥳

This class doesn't cease to be challenging even after a few times trying. The barre work is my fave part, too, adding those extra weights makes it so much fun. I just read all of your comments below and I am currently listening to the closing song (Joshua Radin - Everything'll Be Alright). My body and mind are calm, but can't believe the Ukranian war is still happening just across the border...

I love returning to this unique flow. What I love the most about it is that a major part of it is standing and step by step every body part gets a couple of minutes of a calming stretch: starting with the feet, shoulders, hips, low back, thighs, and glutes. And when those endorphins rush through all of my body I just feel completely relaxed and restored. Really nice before going to bed!
