Amanda I have two go-tos! One of my biggest favorites is putting on Vitamin String Quartet Radio. Something about their music being covers gives my brain something to look for and listen to actively which helps with my anxiety. And you can always tailor a playlist if you’re looking for more melodical (they do a lot of fantasy movie covers) or pop/modern. But it’s all string covers! Secondly, and this may not be what you’re looking for, but if I’m having some real heavy anxiety, I will find binaural music on YouTube or Spotify. The way the sound waves work is supposedly very good for rewiring your brain, kind of like how a good stretch does for your nervous system! Hope these help love!!!

I always look so forward to these challenges. I find it so helpful for me to take the choice work out of what workout I want to do, and instead just ask “can I do today’s one? No? Yes?” and if not find a shorter or gentler one, and if so challenge myself to do it! Aiming for 30/60 has been such a big help, and a big lesson for setting boundaries for myself! Life gets so busy but it’s nice to have this community show up for one another every day, it fillls me with so much hope and gratitude. Loving the challenge and loving this fam ❤️❤️❤️

Love all the love for the leggings! When I needed strength to go deeper I just looked at their glittery glory! At one point Marnie says to focus only on the movements and I thought “and the leggings!” 😂 but I loved this world out the combos were intricate enough to keep my brain happy but functional enough that my hips and glutes thank me. I can’t wait to come back to this when I need focused movements that elevate my form on and off the mat!
