This workout is a magic spell! One moment you're in your worst Monday mood and don't know if you can even move at all. The next moment you're the happiest person in the world.

I'm usually a bit hesitant when it comes to a lot of bouncing, but I enjoyed every single one here, even as tired as I was.

Yes, low impact would be nice. ❤️

A weighted standing core would be great. I love M/>30 450, it's my go to class when I don’t know what to choose.

Also everything 80s and 90s ...and maybe a Florence & The Machine class? ☺️❤️

New favorite! Loved the variety of moves and the pace was just perfect for me today. Only for the planks and pushups series I had to modify the pace ...and do a little less. ☺️ Thank you!

Wasn't sure if I could make it to the mat today (also I was a bit scared of the jumping), but I'm so glad I did! Feeling so much love and joy right now. Also, note to myself: will be putting these lives into my calendar, so I do not turn into grumpy cat again for scheduling appointments when I should actually be doing a little bouncy bounce. Felt healing. ❤️
