I love it! Just what I needed after this long day at work. Made me move and sculpt a little instead of doing nothing because I feel overwhelmed. Now I feel less drained, less cold and a little proud of myself.

M/body plays an important role in my journey to find my voice again and taking up space in this world. I struggled a lot with visibility in my life and feeling real connection - to the extent of not being able to move or dance when I wanted to (and risk being seen).

So I feel most aligned (with myself) after dance classes like M/<20 Cardio Dance/288. It's pure joy that invites me to move in a way and pace that gives my body no time to shut down, my thoughts no room to block me from moving. To get everything stored inside to the outside.

Those moments give me happy tears because I tricked my old belief by simply moving a little faster, dancing more expressively than it can.

M/<60 Pride Signature/465 and M/<30 Weighted Standing Core/450 too are classes that give me a sense of comfort, joy and connection.

What a great class! I'm so proud of myself I didn't skip this one today (felt a little intimidated by the cover picture), because now I feel so good and nostalgic (the playlist!) and everything.

Was just the right amount of sweat and challenge for me without getting overwhelming. 💕
