This was so helpful! I did the meditation today after a workout that didn't go so well and instead of feeling disappointed because I couldn't give my best, I actually felt centered and relaxed. Thank you Marnie <3

It‘s Day 28 of the Challenge and after another great 45 minutes session I‘m completing my other task and commenting on my favourite video! I love the Phenomenal Woman simply because we all need to be reminded now and then how phenomenal and powerful we are! And this session is the best way to celebrate that 💜💜💜

Soo good! These moves help my hips stay mobile and healthy. My favourite part though is definitely the move where you kick and then step up from all fours and open. The stretch in the back leg and the back is soo good! 😍💜
