Loved this one so much! I needed it after a loong week of hunching. I challenged myself using two weights 2 kg each, which made me feel the fire in my whole body. Coming back to this one again 🩷

Some moves to strengthen our backs and booties - I sit a lot at work and definitely need to improve posture. But also a good mix between cardio and the heavier weights 💜💜
