Soo good! These moves help my hips stay mobile and healthy. My favourite part though is definitely the move where you kick and then step up from all fours and open. The stretch in the back leg and the back is soo good! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’œ

Just did this on the third day of the Spring Sculpt Challenge and it was such a great way to end a stressful day. I let all the worries and negative thoughts out and feel my body more energized than 30 minutes ago. I loved it <3

This is one of my favourite workouts! I'm already a month and a half a part of this beautiful family and I did this today, just to find out how much stronger my body is now. Also how much more flexible and just balanced I am thanks to you, Marnie and the whole team of Mbody!! Sendind you lots of colorful energy from Germany <3

This one was great - the different dance moves, the floor movements and the planks are the best combination for diving into a pool of red light and coming out stronger! Thank you Marnie, your workouts are like therapy for me <3
