Thanks so much for an amazingly effective "shorty" workout. I love the 20 minute sessions with you on days when I can't commit longer. And SO MUCH LOVE to you for the guidance and modifications for my hamstring issue.

I just celebrated my 4th MBody Anniversary and was reminded why I love you and why you are my  lifetime workout coach... you are skilled and the pro at the the head of your field - but you are fresh and never monotonous and also ALWAYS make our sessions work no matter where our bodies are at. No matter what our level of athleticism, our age, our injuries or hinderances, our season of life; they always work because you consider each of us personally.
