This is a 60 minute I enjoyed so much yesterday, the abs series was the bomb. I could literally feel my back being better supported after. I had a herniated disc a few months ago. Those signature classes are the best! I mean I love them all...

I love them all, 60 is most weeks only on the weekend possible, during the week I try to do one 45, an 2-3 20/30 min. So a good mixture…
