I did 124, 45 min full body sweat, today and the only wide second was during weights, so could easily be modified. Lots of no-impact options provided and a good time spent on the floor during the second half. Happy Friday!❤️

Hey Meena, I use my laptop every now and then and just sign in via the M/Body website. It has all the functionality of the app plus a couple other features. 🙂

Hi Costanza! Good question! I have been doing M/Body exclusively for three years now. I do a video most days (usually 6-7/wk) and don’t really feel I need anything else! My strength, stamina, and mobility haven’t been this good since I was in high school dance! I do think there’s an important lifestyle aspect that Marnie so eloquently addresses. Once I figured out what the right level of activity felt like to me, I found that I couldn’t maintain my desired activity level with some of the lifestyle choices I had been making. Embracing Marnie’s holistic approach is really key in my opinion. ❤️
