I honestly love all of the workouts, but looking through, I think #69 45min abs and glutes was a kicker!!

Something scary: I have difficulty with speaking in public or even on Zoom. I've been working on this a lot lately, as it is needed for my position at work. I've been working on grounding myself and breathing. Also having a post it saying "I Am Enough," because I am. I'll keep working on this! Work in progress ✨️

Oh my gosh! The new choreography is so challenging! The back roll to standing rear lunge had me gawking at the video! Thank you so much for constantly updating and changing these workouts so we never get bored (like we would ever) and always have room for improvement!! I can't wait to try this again!!!

My workout today was absolutely beautiful! My rest day was yesterday, which I needed so so much! The rest allowed me to have this gorgeous 😍 workout!! Thank you for helping me feel beautiful daily!!
