I honestly love all of the workouts, but looking through, I think #69 45min abs and glutes was a kicker!!

Something scary: I have difficulty with speaking in public or even on Zoom. I've been working on this a lot lately, as it is needed for my position at work. I've been working on grounding myself and breathing. Also having a post it saying "I Am Enough," because I am. I'll keep working on this! Work in progress ✨️

My workout today was absolutely beautiful! My rest day was yesterday, which I needed so so much! The rest allowed me to have this gorgeous 😍 workout!! Thank you for helping me feel beautiful daily!!

I help others feel safe enough to speak the truth and be themselves.

I have the motivation and drive to work out daily, even when tired.

I bring positive energy and vibes!

I am a great nurse manager and advocate for my nursing team.

I'm a mom who is trying her best to stay open, listen, accepting, and loving.

My goal this week is to not stop when it's hard, but also pull back if my body needs rest! So im piggybacking off of others goals, as they are spot on!

I really love this new community feature to the app!! Great job Team M/Body!!

Happy first day of Challenge everyone! I'm super excited to start a daily workout, but will try and work on the other aspects of the challenge this time!!
