Since joining this community, Iāve never had an easier time adding healthy improvements to my day to day life. The extra steps Marnie goes to during and after class to tell us WHY and what the movements are doing or what food will do for us has made me envision those things actually doing that as I try the recommendations. I just love drinking lemon water now. It feels so luxurious in my body. Thanks Marnie!!
