Thanks for sharing Annie. I too feel like I’ve been on this life long journey but coming to the M/Body mat has brought out something particularly nourishing and special to it. Idk if you’ve had a chance to do a challenge but those are pretty special for the journey 💚

The choreography was so unique - I didn’t have a second to overthink in this class! I loved Marnie’s reminder at the end that this work is cumulative and it’s real (in so many spaces). Thank you for that beautiful reminder 🙏
