I don’t know if it’s too late to add a request but would it be possible to do a desk workout class? I’m bummed I can’t make Wednesday lives anymore and I would love to have some desk exercises to my work day!

I agree - the meditations are short, sweet and powerful. They are the perfect cap to the movement and so necessary and such a gift.
