Oh congratulations Faith! I see feel your fairytale energy - 🥂to you! That first photo looks like a Vanity Fair cover!

Happy birthday - share with us what inspires you?!

Sending hugs to you both 🫂🧡

That was so descriptive, I felt like I was experiencing it! Thanks for sharing that one of a lifetime moment and thank whoever is in charge of this universe you’re ok!!

OMGEE what a sweetheart.. he’s not wrong!!

Whaaat?! That’s insane!! Major congrats to you!

Oh Liisa… grief is complicated… you’re doing right by yourself by sharing where you feel comfortable. Please let me know if you ever need anyone to chat with with “mouth words.” I too lost my mom (10 years ago when I was 25) and we had a complicated relationship too. I’m happy to hear you’re allowing without judging and welcoming the silence. That’s very wise…. Hugs

Oh Mary Ellen, I’m so deeply sorry. I hope for an in person presence near you that can see and care for your pain. Please picture the care in this group. We move thru life together don’t we? Real hugs your way 🧡

So much love to you all. It never feels like they’re really gone, I suppose because they’re not 💙

MBody has instilled a sense of worthiness, enoughness, and not earning my body but celebrating it. That’s why I keep coming back to the mat. It reminds me I’m already strong and I *get* to explore it. What a privilege. So I really like “already + strong” or something like that! 🧡 this was super fun to think about.
