Oh my gosh! This takes me back! I had the time of my life at this class. The goosebumps, the smiles, the friendship, the sweat, the tears. I’ll never forget it. So stoked to see it on the platform so I can revisit this day again and again. Meeting Marnie, Danni and the M/Body fam was so special to me. I look forward to joining another in person class somewhere down the road! ❤️

Hey Danni, I love bala weight classes for the arms or ankles. Also love my micro ball and would be up for seeing it in some future videos, just some thoughts (I know not everyone has the equipment)! I love 45 min classes the most! Christmas music class would be a blast! Thanks for asking!!
