Hey Rochelle, I always see your name in the lives. It’s nice to hear more from you. I love that: living rather than doing. I’m right here with you. Really glad we connected on M/BODY. I’ll be thinking of you this month 💜🩷

Wow Jaimie, thank you for such kind words 🩷🩷 the bunny was outside my window one morning when I was reading haha! For the 🌈 we were driving around Costa Rica and it was the right place at the right time. There was a perfect little shoulder to pull over and snap the pic before we descended. I’ll never forget it, it was magical!! I’m glad to hear you’re nurturing the days too, it feels good taking some pauses doesn’t it? So much love to you, glad we’re on M/BODY together 🩵

Hey kendall, I’ve used manduka and lululemon in the past. Manduka has pros and cons: it’s expensive, it takes a long time to break in, it can be slippery and you could need a towel while breaking it in (depending on the type you order). It’s good quality and is supposed to last a lifetime and it’s very thick and cushiony. It’s also quite heavy. Lulu I’ve never slipped on and I’m super sweaty. It’s cheaper than manduka but can be pricey for sure. It has a weird smell at first but goes away with use. Both have been good options for me. Right now I use the manduka pro mat! In the past I’ve used the lulu 5mm one like others have mentioned.
