My favourites classes will always be the M/<60s, I feel so much better, in every way, after a signature class!
I find the nature of the signature classes, the longer length, the changes in heart rate and the stretch mid way through, makes them more manageable for me.
I also love the current setup of two LIVEs for each of the 20s, 30s, 45s and 60s per month.
