Thank you Marnie and Danni for this amazing workout. Perfect lenght for me. This past week has been insanely challenging. My best friend had a scary car accident (so grateful that she is okay, just lots of emotions) and then I had car issues on my side. This was a great way to have fun and release the worries. Hope we get to have more of these powerful 20 minutes in 2023. ❤️

This has just become my favorite workout! Perfect length for a busy student’s life, perfect combos to work abs, hips and arms, my favorite moves on all fours! Loved it, it was exactly what I needed on this snowy Montreal Friday! 💜💪
