Hi everyone! I am so proud to be able to post this. Through all that has happened in the past two months (graduating from McGill, finishing my last internship, moving out of my parents’ house, being in a legal procedure, quitting my summer job, my mom leaving my dad, etc.), I have been able to achieve my goal of doing 30 days of this challenge. Even more, I did 31 days, which makes me super happy. Thank you to everyone of you for your love and support which have contributed immensely to my motivation and success in this journey. Tomorrow, I’ll be starting the 20 day of well-being guide if anyone is lost and wants to join me! Congrats to all challengers, whether you achieved your goal or not for whatever reason, we love you and we are proud of you. We can do hard things! Can’t wait to celebrate with all of you!

Hey everyone! I doubled up today and added M/20 ballet sculpt 182 to our live in order to catch-up on my 30-day goal. Funnily enough, ballet sculpt 182 was also a day 47 for a precious challenge! Have a wonderful day warriors, sending a big big hug to all of you! 💜💪

Hi everyone! Since my IG is private, I will write my goals and post everything for the challenge here! I am committing to 30 days of fitness, hopefully more. My three goals are 1. To show up to the mat as often as possible, as a way to remind me how good I feel after moving with the fam. 2. Be gentle with myself when my body is telling me to slow down (and listen to it). 3. Take 10 minutes each day to do the wellness tasks and to journal. Happy Challenge everyone! Day 1 and 2 done!

Hi everyone! I hope you're doing great! I just did the M/45 Full Body Dance Party 120 in honour of my 23rd birthday. Felt so great to move my body as part of this celebration, surrounded by all of you in spirit.
