Could anyone share more about their Mbody pregnancy journeys? I am 22 weeks and want to keep doing the workouts - did you just select the pregnancy ones?? Did you do any other workouts in addition to Mbody?
Any fellow pregnant ladies on here? I’m in my first trimester and have gone from doing Mhody 5x week to 2-3x. Seeing if others have any favorites or advice on how to navigate a dip in workout energy!!
