My furbaby (Ruth Bader Ginsbark) ended up in the hospital yesterday and had to stay overnight (first time ever something like this has happened). And when the vet called me this morning to say she needed to stay another few days I completely fell apart. I needed to get my anxious energy out and this was just what I needed. Thank you Marnie and the M/Body team and family for this. And thank you Marnie for always reminding us to meet our bodies where we’re at. I may not have felt up to taking every cardio burst or jump, but you know what that’s not only ok, it’s amazing. And months ago before I started M/Body I might not have felt that way. So thank you Marnie for always being exactly the light I need in my day ❤️ Love to all the M/Body Global Fam

Since I’m doing the challenge discovered this one again! The bend to passé starts at about 15 minutes on the left but we never repeat it on the right, I don’t think!
