In celebration of Women’s History Month, we created an empowering 45min workout fueled by all of your favorite women in music! This low impact sculpt class is all about connecting to your deepest strength, letting yourself feel aaaallll the feels and exploring what’s possible for you right now. Lights weights (1-5lbs) and a mini ball can be added for a little extra challenge. Great for: building lean muscle in your abs, arms, booty and legs. *Bonus: the first half of class is a standing series designed to improve your balance and proprioception. Focus on: using the power of surrender to go deeper into each posture.
