I love how honest, open and supportive everyone is in this community ! I found out in September all my fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue health issues over last 6 years are due to mold illness :/ and I have been on this super intense detox which exhausts me. I’m 3 1/2 months in and have another 9 months to go the doctors say.. and now found out all the piping under our house has to be replaced which is out of the budget so looking at selling and moving. Living in the unknown and growing deeper faith! Trusting in the universe and how everything always works out even the seemingly knarly stuff. The positivity and workouts here are immensely supportive both mentally and physically in healing my body and mind. Thank you Marnie, Danni & everyone 💓

20 & 30 minutes are my faves!! So much easier to do with a full schedule. 45’s are good too. I’d love some more flows and low impact.

I ended up doing the Beyoncé class I missed instead today and that was actually perfect. Looking forward to country on Wednesday!!

I loved todays class! Couldn’t see comment section on app to write the one thing I love about myself so I’m posting here as it ties into this monthly theme of resilience ~ I love that I’m willing to keep believing in my body’s ability to heal especially by doing a 60 min workout (even at low impact) when my fibromyalgia flares up and knowing it’s a love note to my body mind soul to “move” me closer to a lightness of being. I always feel so much better thank you Marnie! 💖 💫
